Local California orders can be delivered or picked up as arranged at checkout.
Orders outside California require additional shipping fees.
Please allow at least 2 weeks for creation of custom sugar cookies.
Returns & Refunds:
All sales are final due to the handmade nature of the products.
If an order is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos. We will work to resolve the issue in good faith.
Order Changes & Cancellations:
Must be requested at least 2 weeks before the delivery date.
We cannot guarantee changes for orders placed within 2 weeks of delivery.
