Meyer Mike

This is a 3 inch vanilla sugar cookie with royal icing. The icing is firm and cookie is soft. Can be kept as a keep sake. Just keep it out of the refrigerator and the sun. Shelf life for consumption is 3 weeks before they start to become stale. If you want to extend its shelf life, the cookies can be froze for up to 6 months.  Just place them in an airtight container and take them out the night before to thaw. They actually come out softer this way.
